Kalbajar's First Graduate Since Liberation Becomes a University Student

BAKU — A student from Kalbajar has become the region's first graduate to enter university since the area's liberation, according to a report published today. The milestone lands alongside a related story from Qubadli, where eight graduates from a single first-grade cohort each scored more than 600 points on their university entrance exams — a striking result for schools that, in many cases, only recently reopened after years of displacement.
