University Admission Results Announced

BAKU — Azerbaijan's State Examination Center announced university admission results today, closing out one of the most closely watched stretches of the country's education calendar. The announcement follows weeks of specialty selection, with more than 80,000 applications confirmed earlier this month and separate guidance issued throughout August on cutoff scores and competitive specialties.

Registration for admitted students is set to begin August 28, giving successful applicants a narrow window to complete enrollment before the academic year begins. For students who didn't secure a place in their first round, today's results also matter for a second reason: authorities have already announced the timeline for selecting specialties among remaining open seats at universities, giving those students a second chance before the admissions cycle closes for good this year.
