Azerbaijan Sports Academy invites citizens of Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Hungary, Turkmenistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) to apply for the Mergen Scholarship Program and pursue a Master's degree in Azerbaijan.

The scholarship covers:
Full tuition fee
One-time residence permit expenses
Monthly stipend of USD 250
