Winners of Culture Ministry's Scholarship Program Announced

BAKU — Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture has announced the winners of its scholarship program, publishing results today for students selected under the initiative. The scholarship adds to a broadening landscape of sector-specific funding programs Azerbaijani ministries have rolled out this year beyond the traditional Ministry of Science and Education channels — including ADPU's own newly announced set of 14 named scholarships and various vocational and technical-training stipends reported throughout the summer.

The Culture Ministry's program specifically supports students in creative and cultural fields, an area where funding has historically been less centralized than in STEM or general academic tracks, and today's announcement gives this year's cohort of recipients formal confirmation heading into the new academic year.
